  • What is Swet Suites?
    Swet Suites is a private gym network offering private workout rooms to individuals and personal trainers.
  • Where is Swet Suites located?
    Swet Suites is located at 271 Frost St. Brooklyn, NY 11222.
  • Do you offer personal training services?
    At this time, we do not offer personal training services. However, you are welcomed to bring your trainer to the suite. The max occupancy for Suite A is 2 people. The max occupancy for Suite B is 2 people.
  • Do you offer memberships?
    We do offer a membership. SWET+ allows for unlimited monthly visits, up to once daily.
  • Are there cameras inside of the suite?
    For security and safety purposes, the premises are monitored by CCTV 24/7.
  • Is there a bathroom?
    There are bathrooms located in the main hallway of the building.
  • Is there an on site staff?
    There is no staff working at the gym. Your workout suite is completely private. If you need any help, there are multiple contact points located at the suite.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Swet Suites is open 365 days a year, from 3:00am - 12:00am.
  • How many suites do you have?
    We currently have two suites. Suite A is located in #G2 and Suite B is located in #F5.
  • Is there wifi access inside?
    There is Free WiFi for all Swet Suite Users. The wifi information is located on the wall panel inside of the suite.
  • What channels are included on the TV?
    Netflix, and HBO Max are all included on the TV inside of the suite. No login necessary.
  • Can I play music?
    Absolutely, jam away! Each suite is equipped with surround sound speakers. Instructions are located inside of the suite.
  • How do I receive keys to enter?
    Swet Suites using bluetooth keys for access. You must download the app Igloohome from your App Store. You must then create an account within Igloohome. When you book a session you will automatically receive a text message with key instructions. Click the link to add the keys to your Igloohome wallet.
  • Will my keys expire?
    Your access key will be valid 5 minutes before your session starts and 5 minutes after your session ends. After this period, your bluetooth key will no longer work. You will receive a new bluetooth key each time you book a session.
  • How do I unlock the door?
    Use the key in your Igloohome wallet to access the lockbox and fob to open the door. Hold your phone near the lockbox, and press unlock on your device. The lockbox will open and you can retrieve the key fob to enter. If you are having issues with the door or lock, please use the RING doorbell for help.
