No-Refund Policy

1. Introduction: Thank you for choosing Swet Suites. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have implemented a no-refund policy for all membership fees, daily passes, class packs, and other services provided by our gym. By signing up for a membership or purchasing any services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Membership Fees: All membership fees are non-refundable. This includes enrollment fees, daily, monthly or annual dues, and any other fees associated with your membership. Payments are made in advance and are not subject to refunds under any circumstances.

3. Class Packs: Fees for class packs are non-refundable. If you have purchased a package of sessions, they must be used within the specified time frame. Expired sessions are forfeited and will not be refunded.

4. Classes and Programs: Fees for group classes, workshops, or special programs are non-refundable. If a class or program is canceled by the gym, you will be offered a credit for future use or a rescheduling option, but refunds will not be issued.

5. Cancellations: Memberships may be subject to cancellation as outlined in your membership agreement. However, once payment is processed, it is non-refundable. Please review the specific terms related to cancellations via plan details.

6. Disputes and Concerns: If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our no-refund policy, please contact our management team at info@swetsuites.com. We will do our best to address your issues in accordance with our policy.

8. Policy Changes: Swet Suites reserves the right to modify this no-refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members and will take effect immediately upon posting.

9. Acknowledgment: By enrolling in our gym and making payments, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this no-refund policy.
